The singer-songwriter-producer they called "the one-man Beatles" in 1970 has a brand new project, almost ready for release after so many decades. Here's a rare appearance from 1997. Sorry for poor sound, you may enjoy it if you're already familiar with his work. I posted it because there are two ricks backing him up.
