'Washing Day' - Rya

Post by Rya »

Here's the latest one from my band, as usual all the guitar parts were recorded using my Rick 330. A very straightforward recording using drums, bass guitar, 2 guitars, and 3 vocal tracks. Nice to have been a little productive over the Easter holidays!
I hope you enjoy the recording. Feedback is always welcome.

Stuart I really enjoyed this recording. Thanks for sharing it. It is a great theme and the 330 and harmonies, in my mind resembling America, are excellent.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Hi, thanks for the feedback, it's much appreciated. I'm glad you like the recording. When bands are allowed to play again we hope to include it in our set. The idea for the song came because I always do my washing on a Wednesday - perhaps I should create a more profound and deeper meaning! Anyway, it's Wednesday today so I better get on with it :-)

Stuart thanks for your additional comments. Lots of great songs come from every day events. In your case, I like the spin you put on your recording. :)
Please keep them coming!
