Ric 660/12 Goes Surf
Ric 660/12 Goes Surf
Into the studio next week to add a 12 string track to a tune called Crashing Waves off our new cd. When I wrote it I knew then it should have a Ric 12 playing the chordal melody, but not until I heard the raw mix did I know this was the perfect excuse to buy another guitar! Must say thanks to Todd who saw my ISO Ric post on the forum..it's on the UPS truck now "out for delivery" and I yearn to hear the grinding gears of the UPS truck come up the hill!
Hey Paul..12 string part for you to learn!

George, I had the 660-12 out last night, going through my stunted Byrds repertoire. I'm as ready as I'll ever be!

It's dull playing by myself. So I'm going back to my roots.
Surfin' roots. I get to be a teenager in the '60s again.
And my CAR Fender Jaguar, Sherwood Green Duo Sonic, and selected Ricks get a nice workout.
