You are right and I stand corrected. The New Zealand/Australia mistake is entirely mine and for that I apologize. My Roommate in college was from Australia and he turned me on to the Split Enz (as well as some other groups), and I was confused.
You are also correct about Neil Finn and Paul Hester forming the other band, with Tim joining later.
So I would respectfully re-submit the question as:
"After the New Zealand band, Split Enz, broke up, Brothers Neil and Tim Finn would later play together again in the band:"
I don't know if I can correct it in the test itself at this point but maybe a moderator can.
