Therapy for expectant owners

Post by kiramdear »

This has been the longest week of my life. UPS is coming (so they assure me) with a package on Wednesday, but if I can't get my mind off of it I might not make it. I'm sleepless, have no appetite, and my friends think I'm demented.

Any suggestions on how to ease my anxiety? :?:

Play that new candy apple sparkle guitar of yours loud and long and it will be Wednesday before you know it. (Merlot in moderation helps as well).

Just have 'em change that shipping address to a certain place in Montana and put it out of your mind completely!

Hang in there Kira, you'll make it! It's tough waiting, but as we all know, well worth it! And just think, you won't have to wait an additional 24 to 48 hours for it to warm up after it arrives...

Update: it's arrived in the Bay area already. Definitely no waiting for warmup. :) Maybe there's a chance they'll deliver tomorrow?

Kira: Great! Just before you started with the pickles and ice-cream.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

You can do it, Kira, and please let us know what it is. A Telecaster, I assume?

Pickles and ice cream...interesting combo. Wouldn't imagine those two together at all. Now, chocolate syrup and ice cream, there you go. From Coldstone, too 8)

I'm not sure where (or whether) you can get pickle flavored ice cream, but you can get garlic ice cream just a bit south of you in Gilroy, CA, the Garlic Capitol or the World...
