Thanks! I had the "Home Inspection" yesterday. The only Issues the inspector found were 2 of the inner windows in the basement have have cracks in the glass.Not a biggie. The other thing is the water heater.It works fine and there are no signs that it is failing but is 20 years old. other that those things everything is aces. The inspector even found something that we didn't know before: The house is insulated. He showed me where the holes where insulation was blown in.They were well covered so I hadn't seen them before.
