For the record, "Tuxedo" is often used to describe a white guitar/bass with black trim, e.g. this Gibson Les Paul Junior Pro Custom of mine:
However, with Rickenbackers it is a term reserved only for instruments in the Tuxedo limited series (model 4003 basses, and model 360 guitars in six- and 12-string versions). These instruments are distinguished by having a white CV fretboard (the fretboard wood is maple, not bubinga) with black micro-dot fret markers. An example is my 4003 SPC Tuxedo:
