Anyone else noticed that guitars are now being debranded on the X factor Ive noticed this a few times in the last few weeks. Why is that?
I noticed that Matt had a Taylor whilst rehearsing and the logo on the guitar is there to be seen then on the actual studio performance its been taped over.Whats that all about?

Re: The Debrand
Lets face it,its mind numbing Saturday night TV the kids love it and i dont have a choice but i was interested why they feel the need to tape over guitar logos?

It's redaction Scotty. When football pools winners didn't want to be recognised they would have a black rectangle over their face, when guitar makers want to disassociate themselves from a yodelling bed-wetter, they insist on blanking out their logo.

It's probably the fact that the loathsome toad, Simon Cowell, can't get any revenue from the 'advertising'
I would just like to state at this juncture that I have never watched the Excrement Factor.

I expect it is "if you don't pay you don't get" advertising....
