Spanish bands with Ricks: Los Secretos

These guys have been using Rickenbackers for a long, long time. Here's one video from a recent TV show. The singer is playing a 340. Sure he didn't buy it in Spain! :D

I think it's the same guitar in this pic, isn't it?

I watched their "30 años" concert dvd a couple of days ago. It has a very good and clear sound, and I was delighted to see Álvaro using his original Hofner 12 at the beginning of the set. That was the guitar he used in their first records. I was told by someone that it has a pretty sound, but it was difficult to play (high string action). I suppose that makes a great difference with his Rickenbacker 12, the 12 guitar he really used most of the time through his career.
