It appears that during 2018 an estimated 1,171 unnecessary train journeys were made by confused Beatles fans visiting London who didn’t know that Abbey Road Railway Station in the Docklands area of east London is in fact miles away from the iconic pedestrian crossing on Abbey Road, Maida Vale.
