Opening for Blondie/Devo in Pinellas Park, FL

Post by nick_st_hilaire »

Yes, Oh God, Yes!!!! Opening for Blondie and Devo on Sunday at England Bros. Park in Pinellas Park.

This Sunday the 23rd in Pinellas Park, FL. I'm childlike giddy!!! We're the last band to play before the headliners!

Been watching Devo videos with my 4 year old. He laughs uncontrollably, now I gotta explain why you can't stick a fork in a toaster!

It's all of $14 and outside so my son gets to go too! Gates open at 3 PM, we play about 5 or 5:30 then the headliners.

Thanks!! It's outdoors. I'm hoping it doesn't rain and it isn't so hot I pass out. :D

Nick,

Super cool gig! I'm a Devo fan and saw them just a few moths ago here in Southern California. Great show :)

Expect costume changes and songs from all of the different Devo era's.

Here's a taste of what I saw:

Absolutely cool gig!!! Maybe you can break out the new Carly Rae Jepson tune, "Call Me Whip It".
It's a Byrd, it's a playin'..........
