Dynamics in ¾ lesson 2{177 bpm}Flamenco Guitar lessons/CFG

Post by rubendiaz »

On the flamenco music rhythm is of paramount importance so there is a great training on that aspect of the guitar style, that is also useful for players of World Music, Jazz or Classical guitar as well.

Ruben: As they say, timing is everything. Thanks for this nice lesson. I will put it to good use. :)
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Ruben: I especially like the rhythm pattern in Number 4. With flamenco guitar you have your own percussion section as well!

Yes Maestro Peter in flamenco we use a lot tapado or this kind of strumming muted just like in this piece by Paco:

Ruben: If this song does not want to make someone dance I do not know what will. I love the performance of Almoraima (Bulerias) by Paco. It is very hard to sit still when listening to this great piece. Thanks for sharing it.
