Ruben: You have moved into a most valuable and interesting topic with this new video series. Stepping out on the thin ice on a frozen lake is a vrisky thing to do. With experience, however, we soon learn that by staying very close to the shore we will only get our feet wet.

I have always felt that knowing who we are allows us to venture into areas of greater risk over the course of our life journey. Feeling confident in ourselves, accepting that we are not perfect and embracing that without mistakes there is no learning are important lessons in knowing the self. If we truly know the self we are never alone. Those who allow themselves to feel vulnerable have been able to achieve remarkable things that they first thought impossible.

Thanks for this inspirational topic and I look forward to other lessons in the series.
