thanks! If i'm not mistaken you play along to the mono version right?

Ive found the stereo version to be between keys.

Finally got it to work.

I had seen Francesco's vid on this before, but it is still so amazing. So precise. It's like you knew it better than McCartney did and he created it, and I'm not trying to be snide. It's just fine, fine bass work

Both mono and stereo Rita's were slowed down, I think, to fall between Eb and E. I've played along with the mono version and had to speed it up (I've got the Tascam bass trainer and I think I set speed +5) to get it in E.

Excellent job Francesco! This is the type of bassline I'd love to be able to write, but I guess that's why he is McCartney and I'm not :)

I always thought McCartney's best bass lines were on John and George's songs with the exception of this one - JMO...
