Now THIS is most excellent! Great to finally see all the little things that McCartney does, and missed by most, played correctly. These things are often overlooked and not considered important. And, on a RIC, instead of a Hofner, which is harder to play.
Fantastic, Francesco. This is one of my favorite Beatles tracks. To me it is just as impressive as Twist and Shout. Like the latter, Long Tall Sally is a one-take recording. Incredible, considering McCartney gives one of his most searing vocals, and plays that bass line, to boot. My third favorite one-taker is Boys. Ringo, singing and doing some of his best R&R drumming, all in one take.
