wonderful youtube policy, very smart ...... you can upload, find, and listen to entire discographies in youtube, Beatles included (not to mention concert videos and premiere movies), but apparently you infringe the copyrights of poor SONY if you record a video playing your instrument, for fun and without any commercial-business purpose, along songs that were recorded 50 yrs ago....LOL

I guess one thing to do would be to NOT play the copyrighted music in the background and to only record one's bass performance?
