Is is my imagination, or are Gretsch's model numbers beginning to rival Harley-Davidson for sheer alphabetical chutzpah?

I suspect the "2G" refers to "two grays".

Wow! It is an exquisite finish! No wonder I got my Caddy at a cheap price...this was coming out!

That looks good. It's up there with the Double Anniversary Green and the Western Burnt Orange.

Nice one, the color is certainly unusual.

Still don't think it's the prettiest. It's hard to beat a classic :wink: :

colin-that gretsch is really pretty,but it needs some more switches and knobs.......(!) :)
