Gretsch doublenecks?

Post by jdogric12 »

I have seen these on their price lists and on the website... anyone checked one out? Are they pretty much just collectibles for those with deep enough pockets? I don't think I've ever seen an actual example anywhere, in person or on TV, etc.

There was a Bikini for sale a couple of years ago on the 'Bay. It went, I think, for about $2K.

Unique, collectible, intriguing...

...and ugly.

My favorite Bikini is the Wandre:

The Wandre looks like the "kerosene guitar" Mr. Jinx (of Pixie & Dixie fame) alluded to in "Cinderella".

It's for players who want a standard and baritone guitar all in one.
There is no reason to ever be bored.

...why yes, I suppose I do have a double bound guitar fetish...

"Uh, I like the double bounds. . . ."
