First Gretsch on its way....

.... Just ordered an orange G5123b from the US - it's somewhere over he Atlantic - looking forward to my christmas present to me, from me!
3 Rickenbackers, 9 Hofners and an Epiphone!

Nice warm sound, loud enough to play as an acoustic - but when plugged in the pickups are excellent - its got these TV Jones pickups that are only normally found on the more expensive basses. Great action out of the box. The "thumbnail" fret markers took a bit of time to get used to - but they look cool!

Overall, I'm delighted!
