I've met some truly great people here on the forums. Ken is the cream of the crop. I enjoyed all of my visits and conversations with him. I consider myself a better person for having been able to spend the time I did with him and I wish I had met him many years earlier. Sadly I am away from Michigan this week down South and won't be able to attend his Memorial mass. He will be in my thoughts now and every time I pickup up one of my Rick basses and have to perform some sort of maintenance on it. His guidance and words of wisdom will never be forgotten.

And I'd also like to add that the forum administrators that be leave Ken's name on the Second Strum forum?

This is sad news I went looking through my previous threads, & noticed that Ken had often posted a reply with help & advice.

I talked with Lorie this morning before Ken's memorial service and she seemed to be doing well. She told me that when she was having trouble sleeping early this morning, she turned on the computer and found this thread. She said she was touched by the number of posts and is very appreciative of all the comments from the members here.

I'd also hate to see Ken's name gone from there. Maybe if not, "By Ken Joseph", not to confuse newcomers, Dedicated to Ken Joseph or something like that might be good.
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS! :-)

Watch those teeth, Marlin. I'm not sure we've properly sedated the beast . . .
