Beard Custom Amps: Made in Spain

Postby (miguel) » Tue Sep 30, 2008 2:58 am

Check out these new valve amplifiers, beautifully made in the south of Spain by a talented technician. They are built one by one in the style of the classic Vox, Marshall and Orange and sound great with Rickenbackers:

Yes, they do sound great with Rickenbackers, Miguel.
The AC4 demo was made with a 67' 365.

I love the BC15 too, it has a wonderful EF86 channel, and another Normal/Topboost channel where you have absolute control over the amount of Normal or Topboost sound. I tried every kind of guitar and pickups with it, and always found a sweet spot.

I totally recommend Francis' Amps.

He has taken care of my amps for a while now (even restaured a flooded Bassman!), and now I have ordered a BC15/30 from him, with various personal specs. When it'll be finished (around spring next year) it will be in Organigrama Guitars Shop in Malaga for various weeks, so that it can be fully tested. By you, for example.

So, if you a planning a weekend in Malaga...

Regards,
