FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH

Post by royclough »

Originally recorded by Buffalo Springfield and a big hit for them in US but did nothing in UK.
The Searchers covered the song for possible single release in late 60s, but the track
remained in the vaults so to speak until it was later found and included on a CD compilation in 2003.

As most Searchers fans would already have all the tracks on the compilation some may have not
bought the compilation just to hear the one track they didn't have so here is The Seachers version
of the Buffalo Springfield song

That was cool, Roy! Thanks! I like the modulation at the end.

That was pretty good. I like the guitar work and the production of the original better but this was still a good version. Thanks Roy.

I'm surprised the Searchers would ever cover it. Very surprised. It was...different, but without a doubt, the Searchers.
