Ok, Here it is!

It's not really even close, even though the pics might suggest otherwise..The CS bass color has more yellow, and this guitar is most certainly on the brown side of "cream" color..The contrast with the black binding and hardware is pretty striking in person.

It is great to see this offering in the experimental stages. Thanks for the photos Eric. I hope we hear more about the playability of this instrument once it finds a new home. I would also like to see it with vintage tuners. A very sharp instrument that should fetch a handsome price.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm

Eric...Just keep doing your thing. There will always be critics....And you know how much talent it takes to be one of those, right?

A lovely looking guitar, but I just can't do BH, love the guards the TRC.

Nice! So, which era Fender amp would go best with this, White or brown Tolex®?eric_b wrote:It's not really even close, even though the pics might suggest otherwise..The CS bass color has more yellow, and this guitar is most certainly on the brown side of "cream" color..The contrast with the black binding and hardware is pretty striking in person.

I'm certain you can expect a big mea culpa letter from one individual over there.eric_b wrote:And of course, there's the expected bashing of this on another forum that shall not be spoken of...Pity how grinding an axe is more important than appreciating an instument for what it is...Having said that, whoever gets this better PLAY it, because this thing plays soooo awesome..It doesn't deserve to be a wall hanger..
Just let them know that at least we won't have the misFortune of seeing THIS auction pulled.
The photos make the guitar look more yellow than it actually is. It is definitely not the same color as the Squire bass. Somebody else around here described it as more of an eggshell white.
Also, to be perfectly clear: This is a 360/12C63 body with a 660/12 neck with through slots on the headstock.
Re: Ok, Here it is!
Looking forward to the next instrument Eric. Thanks for making me smile this morning Ben. That was pretty witty.

Re: Ok, Here it is!
I don't have a neck fetish, and I've comfortabley played the 360/12 C63, but I like the 660/12 neck as well! The 660/12 neck with the C63 body is a cool combo! Props to you gents at RIC for putting one together. I like the slot through headstock on any RIC 12, btw; if I had the option of ordering a C63 with that neck combo, or even just the slotted headstock with the std C63 neck, I would!
Thanks for the posts o'plenty, Eric! I hope you can make it to SCARF!

Very nice! The finish looks simple, mellow (not a hot color or trans finish with highly figured wood) but classy. Would be a nice addition to Paulie's WB collection!
The JETGLO finish name should be officially changed to JETGLO ROCKS!
