Over the past few months, I've been keeping a watch on evilBay for a Ric amp to add to my tone arsenal. I was notified about this one today:
I checked the listing for it, and there is no info about the model number. It's supposedly a solid state, channel switching one from the 80s, with 2, 10" speakers. The price seems kind of steep at $300, but who am I to know.
Does anybody have any info on this amp model?

Good question. Here's the link to the auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/1980s-RICKENBACKER- ... 1c16797d85
It's an odd one as it has a model designation "R50," which is not the same as "TR50" and is also not in the Register as a pull-down menu option. It is solid state and has 2 x 10" speakers. That's all I know.

There is an "R50" listed on this page, scroll down to middle: http://jzu.free.fr/rick/amp/TRR.html
Not sure it matches the one you were looking at, though . . .
