Thank you Roy for putting that one up for all of us.
I have several questions; Was that just Mike and his band in the studio?
Or- was it Mike when he was still with the Searchers?
Do you know who is playing the lead guitar throughout the song- its great, by the way.

Just Mike, it is taken from a CD which was just sold at gigs.

Mike was part of a show called Reeln' and Rockin', featured 60s artists who at one time were part of groups or still are. CD was made for promo purposes. All the singers on the show were backed by a band whose name escapes me and I suspect they played on the track, mat well have been Mike playing lead but I suspect not.

Nice. Good guitar work and all. Wish he'd have done more of that sort of stuff.

Awesome!!! Thanks so much, Roy!! This is the best version I've ever heard! But then, it IS Mike Pender singing it!! He could sing the phonebook, as they say, and I would love it. :)

Nice version, and very good guitar, whoever it is.
I guess if you had to pick the song that all of us who ever perform(ed) in public have played at some time, this would be the one :D
