Nice to see Frank finally getting some credit for his bass work, which has been excellent every time I've seen The Searchers.

Wow, Roy, this made my day!!! (And it was a really annoying day.) To hear Frank talk about Chris and his sense of humor, and giving Chris full credit for bringing him on board, yea, that made me beyond happy! In one of the videos uploaded to YT, the uploader pointed out Frank's 'slap style' way of playing bass guitar. I had never seen it, so I just assumed Frank had invented the style. Clearly, I've not watched anybody else play bass guitar. I'm too busy watching The Searchers play their instruments on the live vids, which I play over and over. So, I'm glad Frank received the credit he was due for inventing the style! Thanks for making my bad day into a great day, Roy! :D
