can't insert photos

can't insert photos
I tried to send some photos with no luck. I browse ok add the file name to the box but never get a place inline message. When I hit add file nothing happens . Any ideas??

What exactly are you doing to send these photos? Are you using the Upload Attachment button underneath the text box when you type a post?

1.Upload attachment
2.Browse
3.Open file
4.Add the file
5.Place In line
6.Submit

3.Open file

I never get the place in line message. Only add file. I managed to add photos tru photo bucket .

Vinnie, do the images actually upload to RRF or do you get an error in red above the reply typing window?

No error. I get as far as add file. I click on that and see nothing. It's ok the photo bucket thing seems to work

Might sound dumb, but did you click Browse first and selected the image on your hard drive? If so, what browser are you using?

After you click the "Add the file" button, the file starts uploading. Depending on how fast your connection it, this may take a while to complete and you will see nothing until it is finished. So, is it possible that you did not wait long enough for the file to get completely uploaded?
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
