So, what is all the details, boiled down to one paragraph, or less?
Maybe, just maybe, there could perhaps, possibly be two more attendees.

Well, I don't think all the details are quite figured out yet. But, the date will be the weekend of April 21/22 somewhere North of S.F. There probably won't be enough people to make the ultra cool place near Paul's house a reality, plus that would have to be on Sunday. So, it's looking more likely that it will take place on Sat. Apr 21 at the Music Spectrum in San Rafael (Petaluma? Oh please, oh please! ).jps wrote:So, what is all the details, boiled down to one paragraph, or less?

OK, that's about it, in one paragraph. A couple more attendees would be fantastic!
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Well, it would be a really expensive weekend, but, we'll see.
Better I should put the money aside for the big Ruby confluence that will take place in Lawrence, KS. Jim?

Since the majority of members will be arriving from points South, I vote we hold the gathering in San Rafael rather than Santa Rosa. Seem reasonable? Plus I know the guys in San Rafael and they know us ...

San Rafael is fine as far as I'm concerned. I just don't like driving even that close to the city these days...

YEah, you might be breaking some law just by doing so.cjj wrote:San Rafael is fine as far as I'm concerned. I just don't like driving even that close to the city these days...
If San Rafael, we'll be at the same place as last time, in the Quonset Hut studio complex, yes? Ha! Glad I'm driving the Clown Car this year!
There is no reason to ever be bored.

Bay Area (BARC ) again one of these days ?
Wondering if any attendees might possibly be interested in a little extra-curricular side-trip wine-tasting, on which ever day BARC isn't ?? If BARC is Saturday, then winery visiting on Sunday --- or vice-versa ?
Sonoma wineries are probably an hour or so up the road ... Napa wineries a little further. And if we're having a little extended week-end holiday, with a few friendly BARCers and distinguished out-of-town Forumites, a visit to a couple of wineries might add to the festive nature of the event.

OK, I'm going to make the call tomorrow and reserve the Saturday, April 21 for us like last time, with the two big rooms in front, next to each other.
Everybody please check in and confirm your plan to attend. Or speak now or forever hold your peas.

I'm in with all my Ric's and an AC-30. Mebbe someone would like to buy my '75 4001 ?
I suggest a $20 donation from attendess to cover the cost of the studio rental/drums/PA.
Thanks for reserving the rooms, Kira!

Yep, put me on the attendees list
I haven't figured out what gear I'm bringing yet, as stowing things is a challenge as I've got family members, two mini schnauzers and luggage in the car too !
Thanks to Kira and Paul W and everybody else involved who is making the BARC event happen !!

Yes, I think $20 is about right, based on expenses from last time.BuddyDog wrote:
