1964 Rickenbacker 325 Fireglo - For Auction

Post by mgauction »

This is pretty nice:

1964 Rickenbacker 325 Fireglo Solid Body Electric Guitar, Serial # DD369. Very rare two o'clock position F-hole 325, just like John Lennon's, only not black. Shows minimal fretwear to original frets, some light scratches to finish, and edgewear. Considerable finish wear to back of neck from play. Has small crack in truss rod cover at bass side screw hole and one replaced tone pot from approximately same date code. Volume and one tone pots date to 14th week of 1964. The other tone pot is a replacement. However, 19th week of 1964 replacement tone pot is included. Blend pot is dated 32nd week of 1963. Extremely rare and hard to find. Original hard case included. Condition: Good. Estimate: $10,000 - up.
