For my birthday celebration I visited with my wife Tabarca Island in from of Santa Pola (Spain), it is a small Island, natural reserve with very clear water.
I eated rice with lechola (I don't know the name of tha fish in English) and monkfish

Very cool island (very tiny, too )! I love how it is split in half with the village not encroaching on the other side.

Thank you for the invitation Jeff, and yes it is a good place to visit. In two weeks will be a night party and I'll try to go again to drink mojitos...

Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar (traditionally sugar cane juice), lime juice, sparkling water and mint.The original Cuban recipe uses spearmint or yerba buena, a mint variety very popular on the island.
