Very cool island (very tiny, too  )! I love how it is split in half with the village not encroaching on the other side.

If you ever come to the US and want to visit the capitol of rock & roll, let me know.

Thank you for the invitation Jeff, and yes it is a good place to visit. In two weeks will be a night party and I'll try to go again to drink mojitos...

:D :D :D

Traditionally, a mojito is a cocktail that consists of five ingredients: white rum, sugar (traditionally sugar cane juice), lime juice, sparkling water and mint. The original Cuban recipe uses spearmint or yerba buena, a mint variety very popular on the island. Its combination of sweetness, refreshing citrus and mint flavors is intended to complement the potent kick of the rum, and have made this clear highball a popular summer drink. The cocktail has a relatively low alcohol content (about 10 percent alcohol by volume).

Just bring the rum and mix. I have more than enough spearmint.

Hmmm, I've got a bunch of chocolate mint growing. I wonder how that would taste? Might have to find out this afternoon...
