Thinking about a Casino

Post by Mastertone »

Anyone advise which have the bigger neck profile..MIC-MIK..Inspired by Lennon, Peerless, Elite etc ?

Used to own a late 90's 335, thought about replacing it again then again may go for a Casino with those P90's :?:

Do anything with P90 pickups, I think they sound great.

I thought the '61 reissue had a good bit of beef to the neck.

I still have a Lennon Revolution Limited Edition (one of the 1,965 originals, not one of the "inspired by" one) for sale:

I haven't played any other Casinos, so I can't assess how 'beefy' or not the neck is.

For what it's worth, a vintage 330 might be another option to check out and can be had a much better price vs the casino.

Surely you mean used, not vintage?

I think this is a "like for like" comparison: a '60s 330 will be cheaper than a '60s Casino of similar condition, due to the Beatles' enthusiasm for Casinos. Obviously a '60s 330 will be way more expensive than a MIJ, MIK or MIC Casino....
