B16 Amp - Replacement Speakers

Post by jsm610 »

What are the correct replacement speakers for a B16 4x10 combo amp?
http://www.jensentone.com/vintage_ceramic/c10q

I think the C10Q is the right speaker, but the 8ohm or the 16ohm?

Thanks in advance.

Did you snag that on Reverb last night? I saw a Supersonic last night that was gone in 15 minutes. It's in the next town over from me and while I thought about it, poof, it was gone,

Mine has 4 x C10Q's at 16 ohms, all wired in parallel. I can't swear its original, however, as the speaker wiring looks a bit too pristine and heavy duty.

If it works for you, it'll work for me. Thanks much!
