If you REALLY want to hear some GREAT Ric. bass sound.....check out the song "Neal's Fandango".
It is an obscure Doobie Brothers tune that grabbed my ears the first time I heard it.
His 4001 sounds SOOOOOOOO good on this track!!!!!

I'm purty sure the bass in that first video is a RICKENBACKER!! 8) 8) 8)

What album is the second song from? That has to be the one prior to The Captain and Me, but I don't recall what it is...

I must've watched that episode of Midnight Special, because I always did back in those daze, but I had forgotten about any Rick connection there, I guess....
