New member saying hello
Hi, I'm new to the forum and have acquired my first ever Rickenbacker
I've been a fan of Rickenbacker for ages and I thought I'd join the forums and show off my new gear
I got a Rickenbacker 650S Sierra from 1993 (which is the year I was born) and am in love with it
Pleased to be a part of the community here and I look forward to using the forum

Welcome! But your pics aren't showing. How are you posting them?

Welcome! But indeed, your pics are dead
Re: New member saying hello
That's quite a shame. They appear for me when I look at this thread!
I'm just uploading from Google photos, maybe it's my privacy settings?

There we go, the second post worked. Nice!!!
Re: New member saying hello
I’m on my iPad, and still only see boxed “Image”.... (no photos)
Re: New member saying hello
And now the pics I saw are no longer visible!
Re: New member saying hello
Kyle, just directly attach the files to your post using the Upload attachment button below the text box when you make a new post. The files must be no larger than 1280x1280 pixels and IIRC less than 500Kb.

Maybe he bought a Ric in the new Color Of The Year -- Invisi-Glo
Re: New member saying hello
Third time lucky!
Thanks JPS
I could only get two of the images to be 1280x1280,
A free converter wouldn't make the other two less than 1280 high for some reason.
I'm sure there's something I'm not getting.

Welcome to the RRF! Beautiful walnut ya got there...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
Re: New member saying hello
Kyle. are you on a Mac or do you have Photoshop, particularly the LE version of Photoshop. They both make it easy to get high quality resized photo files. A program built-in to the Apple system is Preview which can resize the files if you do not have PS.
