Serpentune Bridge

Post by admin »

I have just tried the Serpentune 9.5" radius pg in brass from Tim Harman. A great improvement in sustain, tone and intonation for my Setzer Gretsch. I would be interested in your experience.

I acquired an aluminum Serpentune in another guitar. I’ve avoided the aluminum, because I didn’t think they had the sustain of the brass. I put said Serpentune on my Gretsch w/TVJ Classics, and it really woke that guitar up. Plenty of sustain and snarly Gretsch tone

Thanks Miles. I love the brass bridge but have heard may great comments about the aluminum Serpentune bridge. In addition to great sustain the bridge also improved intonation on my Gretsch. How about a photo of your Gretsch?
