Hey Gary, did you run out of film?
Ha ha! Funny thing, now with digital cameras, it's "are you out of memory", and I almost was on Saturday. I had a nearly full SDHC in the Nikon and had removed it Friday night to dump its contents onto a USB back-up hard drive, but forgot to do finish that task. I went to the show on Saturday and started taking pictures with the Nikon, and almost immediately saw the "out of memory" error. Fortunately, I had also taken my JVC digital camcorder, and its SDHC card had plenty of space left, so I was able to use it in the Nikon.

Looks like about 30 more Saturday pictures to go, then we'll work on Sunday pictures (which are fewer in number). 8)

Thanks for the update, Gary. It is hard to imagine a bigger guitar show!

IMO, it would require one to have attended both in order to have an informed opinion on which is bigger. One could, however, use the square footages, if available, to assess which is physically bigger. 8)

Thanks for posting all the pics, Gary. Not quite like being there, but it's still impressive. Hard to believe it's been 6 years since I was last there...

Glad that you are enjoying the "remote tour" of the show! There are a lot more pictures left to post (we still have two more sets of Saturday pictures to post, and then about 60 more that I took on Sunday! ).

Gary after taking it all in and following your viewing of all of the photographs, what is your "big take away" from NAMM 2020?

Sorry, I have been preoccupied for a while.

Overall, I felt that this year's show was close to what it was like when I first started attending, with a lot more vendors both big and small. It's still not "all the way back", and because of the COVID-19 thing now, I am wondering what next year's show will wind up being (hopefully everything will be back to normal).

I still have more pictures, so here we go again ...
