More general and completely unqualified opinions from yours truly would be the 360 is nice. Classy. All dressed up and hopefully has somewhere to go. The 330 is raw. Gritty. Ready to rock out. If you want something to pound on. As always YMMV, these are just my general feelings about these models. A neat thing to do is run the 360 in stereo to different effects, and then you can switch sounds right on the guitar instead of tap dancing on stompboxes.

I decided to buy a 360/6 in walnut and having had a 330/12 in walnut a couple of years ago I have to say the 360 overall is just a nicer guitar. With the rounded front edges on the body it's a lot more comfortable and with the back, neck, and cat's eye binding in white it makes the guitar so much more attractive. And as Tommy said the binding on the neck makes moving up and down the neck so much smoother and protects against any fret movement. Yes I think I got it right. A beautiful guitar.
