A 1983 4003 that I recently purchased. This is from before I did any work:
As rough as it all looks, I have sanded most of the finish off and have started rounding up replacement parts. The body is solid with no major dings and no cracks. While many replacement parts will not be period correct, it will have Rickenbacker parts. The correct Grover tuners are on their way. I already have a new bridge, bridge pickup, not, and some other things.
