Not exactly. Interrupting the jumper wire between the two volume pots will kill your neck pickup signal. I use an SPDT push-pull pot that reroutes the jumper wire signal from going to the extra prong on the stereo jack to the output lug on the bridge volume in default mode. The function can be reversed so that the stereo mode is the in/default mode as well.
