STP With Tuxedo Bass

Greetings! I was checking out the Stone Temple Pilots website and noticed that Robert DeLeo was using a tuxedo finish Rick 4001. I assume it's the '76 4001 he spoke of in the recent issue of Bass Player. I saw it while watching a documentary clip for their single "Days of the Week." It's good to see a modern band using such a great bass. Since this is my first post I want to say what a great site this. I've learned so much and I am glad to see there are other people obsessed with Ricks like me! Thanx!
