Signature Inn - Friday, May 13th - Saturday, May 14th. 05:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. - both days. The conference room is located at the top of the stairs - first door to the right.
Signature Inn is located at I-270 and Cleveland ave. on the north side of Columbus. Take 270 north to Cleveland ave. - go north one block to Schrock rd - turn left. Signature is on the left - second drive (I think, but you can't miss it). I can show anyone how to get to the major shopping areas, Restaurants, bars , whatever.
Is everybody ready?

We need to plan some kind of food and drinks while in the meeting room. Are we being provided chairs and tables, etc. by Sig Inn?

I am going to make up name tags so a final list of participants is needed by next weekend, let's say by May 8th.

Jeffrey - I never fully committed to attending, but at this point it looks doubtful. Just wanted to let you know. Maybe next time.

I'd like to get a reasonably accurate count if possible. I will start a new thread that ideally will simply have the names of those attending and which days. Randy and I talked a bit about food. Probably keep it simple, like pizza and soft drinks or something like that. We are assuming that everyone there will chip in for the food and the cost of the meeting room for the two nights.

There are many restaurants in the general vicinity for those who want to go out and eat.
