Paul Revere & The Raiders 'Kicks'

The Songs 'Kicks' and 'Hungry' have always been favorites of mine. Is that a 12 string I hear on the opening of 'Kicks'? if so any idea what kind?
Did the Raiders use Ricks at all? Im used to seeing them with a lot of vox guitars.

I seem to recall reading (somewhere) that the 12-string you're hearing in 'Kicks' was a Mosrite, not a RIC.

I'd believe the Mosrite theory, or even a Vox.
I recall seeing them on TV back in '66 wearing
Epiphones, Voxes, and an occasional Mosrite.

I'd always heard that the song used 2 six-strings overdubbed.
