Dimple Circles on Pickups?
Can someone post of photo of what I should be looking for on a vintage toaster? What are these dimples people talk about?
So, unite Rick forumites, and show me your dimples!

Joe,
I don't have a pic handy, but what they're talking about are the 4 little circular indents(one in each corner) of the black portions on a toaster style pickup. They're mold impressions.

The dimples are from mold knockout pins. They show as 3/16" diameter circles with a slightly different mold polishing direction than the rest of the black plastic of the toaster "slots". They are visible with the cover on.
