I had the great good fortune to see the Eagles on Monday night in Moline, Illinois. When Walsh was playing slide, it was a Rick. Anyone know which one? It was Jetglo, and appeared to be a solid body. It looked like the bridge pickup was a Les Paul-style zebra humbucker of some sort, but it was hard for me to see, and the projection screens didn't show it well enough. Anyone know anything about this guitar?

He also played a sparkly Gretsch among others.

He plays slide on a Glen Frey signature 230. It has 2 Rick humbuckers. You can read specs on Rick website at Models/Limited Editions.

Thanks Bruce. I wonder why Glen Frey wasn't playing one?!

And I still think the bridge pickup on Joe's was different... looked like a coverless Les Paul-type humbucker, with zebra bobbins.

Watching Mr. Walsh play his Rickenbacker is akin to witnessing a solar eclipse. Matching a Rickenbacker to classic rock the way only he can is just very fullfilling and not something that you see every day. Very cool.
