Hey Stephane - there's a thread about a possible confluence in upstate NY which would be acessible for Canadians in Ontario, Quebec and perhaps the Maritimes. I still think it would be a blast to have one in New Brunswick to thank Peter for all the work he's done with creating and maintaining this forum! But I'd be into any confluence in eastern canada or the north-east U.S.

I would be willing to go to Canada for a confluence. Hopefully not Quebec during an election year though. Image

N.B sounds good to me, too. Preferably in the summer, though.

Absolutely interested in any happening in Ontario, Quebec or Maritimes.

The Monday or Tuesday might be inconvenient, but about Toronto on Sep 11 or 12 when Aitch is in town from down under? I'd arrange my holidays for that.

If a confluence is not on the cards I'd still like to catch up with as many forumites in the area as possible. I'll be staying either lakeside or in the city centre.

I will definitely be off to the Tdot to meet up with you Howard. Already booked the time off. Still have to book a room and it is a huge place so let me know where you'll be and I will get there.

Anyone in TO able to help with meet and play places around town? Maybe somewhere we can get a few guitars out and jam a bit? I'm in Montreal and only cursorily familiar with down town Tdot (the convention center, Skydome, and most importantly Healey's Pub.)

OK Dean. Healey's Pub is Bathurst and Queens. I'm working on Toronto accommodation right now and it appears the best deal (to me, anyway) is Travelodge at 621 King St. West at Bathurst St. $139.95 CDN per night plus taxes. Only a block or two from Healey's.

Waddya reckon?

I'll have a Rick 330 and portable amp with me, BTW. Image

That's a good room price for TO. Travelodge sounds good to me. Healey's is really great when Jeff himself plays there. We could get lucky.

I will be in TO March 22nd on business and my room is $170CDN a night. But that is the Fairmont Royal York (on Front street, 2 blocks from Skydome) and it is company paid. Image

I'll be bringing a 660/12 and, if luck stays with me, a 350V63. I'll bring a portable amp as well.
