Thank you very much for your reply (by personal email), and my sincere apologies for annoying you with my last petulant postings.
I had previously emailed you about this issue on the 11th June and 20th June and having received no reply I posted here in a fit of pique. It was very rude of me, and churlish given the generous nature of your original offer. You are no doubt a very busy man. I apologise and will follow up every posting and make it clear that I was in the wrong and that my bad manners should not reflect badly on you or on Rickenbacker.
