Welcome indeed, Goran!

I look forward to this thread. I also play a Stratocaster through a Vox Valvetronix amp, although I have the 50 watt chrome-face version.
Here is where I hide my music:

Hi Goran and a hearty welcome from me also.

The very first lead guitar part that I ever played was the lead to "Apache". The only version at that time that I had ever heard was by the Shadows. After that lead well....lets just say I moved on to different genres. I have to admit though that without the influence of Hank Marvin I would probably never have stuck with it.

I suppose that I should mention that I have a whole bunch of Strats in various configurations and colours. However, my custom built and my 61 RI Strats are my #1 and #2 go to guitars.

Welcome, Goran.

As I have been focusing on the Shadows music lately, I look forward to the discussions in this forum.

Thanks Dean, Lars and George!

To Lars: javisst, det får man hoppas, var i Sverige finns du?

(Sorry, a little Swedish from one Swede to another)

Norway or Sweden - There probably are no countries in the world which are so alike both in culture and language!

And yes - the Swedish was convincing.
