Several Confluence attendees asked me where I got the Byrds tee-shirt. I checked back and it was from an e-bay store "Shirt and Destroy" whose motto is: "Tee shirts for everyone, if everyone is dysfunctional."

"+1 on all said here.

And Paul, it was great meeting and then standing next to you while Darren wailed on your 381! It easily kept up and asked for more!

What, ya can't play blues on a Rick?! Pshaw!!"

No kidding! Great stuff! Nice job Darren.

I think the 381's going to be my main gigging guitar now that I have it back from the luthier's! I just got it back on Friday afternoon.
There is no reason to ever be bored.

...why yes, I suppose I do have a double bound guitar fetish...

"Uh, I like the double bounds. . . ."

Glad everyone had a great time and also glad that the memory books went over as a cool idea. We have a another good idea to help with next years' memory books and for additions to the existing ones.
Thanks to Charly and John A for opening up the RB-120 to see what was loose in there...taking out a few unnecessary washers and especially for finding the original warranty card!
Thanks to Erik for helping me pack my basses. I hate when the confluence is over and I have to pack up. It's more sad than taking down the Christmas tree!
Brad, Charly and Todd, thanks for helping Gary and I haul around the PA and get the gear out at the end of the confluence.
I miss everybody. It's a weird feeling after the confluence ends. You have such a fun time with so many great people...then everyone leaves!

Diane says hello to everyone and maybe tomorrow...

I wish we had enough DVDs to go around I brought 25 at the local Target thinking that it would be one per person... but then when all was said and done it was a set of three that narrowed it down to 8 sets. Who knew that camera had been used that much... And you hit the nail on the head Howard.. I feel as flat as a tack... I miss everyone.. Alison's great laugh, Darren's mischieviousness, Dave's smart comebacks, Howard's company, Joey's and Dianne's warmth... then there is Jerry and John and ...

If I would have half a brain, I could have picked up some at Radio Shack when I went to get the soldering gun Saturday morning.........

I think there was a misunderstanding. I think some of us thought that you were meeting us for dinner, but then we found out you were driving home.

Words can not express the fun & joy that I had this past week. Meeting up again with old friends and familiar faces, along making new ones, who's faces are now just as familiar. I've probably leave a name or two out if I tried to name everyone, so I won't.

However, a special round of thanks goes out to Steve & Tammy for the DVDs; to Gary, Charlie, Joey, & Dianne for being such gracious hosts; to Alison for taking charge of dinner plans, etc; and to Darren, Robyn, Howard, & Graham for traveling halfway around the world just be there.
