I'm right here, Paul/fellows. Everything's fine this end, really. I got your e-mail on the 3rd November, Paul. Magnets - in ANY shape - are still proving a bit hard to come by. I'm awaiting delivery of some such stuff from Tony Cabibi, and today a local guitar repairman gave word that he had a bunch of dead F****r J-Bass pickups he was willing to let go. I think I'll butcher those for magnetic slugs for toaster-style pickups if nothing else comes my way in the next few days. Cheers, everybody. 8)

Sergio,

If you can find any magnets you want from this company (where I bought the alnico5 rods you wound up that pup for me), I can act as the go between for you. They have a minimum ($30 USD IIRC) but are easy to deal with. Prices are okay also - I had to get 36 rods to meet the minimum.
