EADGBE Strings For A Baritone Guitar?

I purchased a used Ibanez AX110XL baritone guitar ...

... to try and get my feet wet into the baritone world.

I will assume that this baritone (like many) is tuned B E A D F# B.

However, some baritones are tuned E A D G B E.

Since I have limited brain power, it would seem to me that playing an instrument in the same tuning that I'm used to would be a lot easier.

So, my question is - can I purchase a set of EADGBE baritone strings and stick them on my Ibanez AX110XL?
